Soul, Eclipsed offers reflections on recovery, relationships, and spiritual evolution. Named for the shadows that obscure us from the Light—addiction, fear, trauma, and self-doubt—this newsletter offers insight into what it means to heal, to love deeply, and to remember who we truly are beneath the pain.

Here, I write from experience about the messy, beautiful work of reclaiming the self, learning to trust again, and walking toward inner peace. Whether navigating your recovery, seeking clarity in your relationships, or simply yearning for a deeper connection to your soul, you're welcome here.

Who am I?

An aspect of the Divine. Just like you. I practice surrender, willingness, and gratitude one day at a time. I’m an emerging memoirist and thought leader who believes in “happily ever after,” no matter the obstacles. I have twenty years of experience empowering women using twelve-step recovery principles and insights from A Course in Miracles.

My upcoming debut memoir, Soul, Eclipsed, won the 2023 Modern Muse for Writers Fall Contest and was longlisted for the 2022 Memoir Prize for Books. Excerpts have been finalists for the Barry Lopez Nonfiction Prize, shortlisted for the Lascaux Prize in Creative Nonfiction, and published in print and online literary journals.
