The most loving thing she ever did didn’t feel like love.
That’s powerful!!
Straight to the heart.
That’s what I was aiming for! Thank you!
Hey — I came across your writing and really liked how you think.
I’m exploring something similar from a different angle — writing about human behavior through a system design lens (like debugging internal patterns).
Just started publishing on Substack. If you ever get a moment to read, I’d genuinely value your perspective.
Also happy to support your work — feels like there’s an interesting overlap here.
I’m so glad you reached out, Tejaswini. I looked at a few of your posts and we do seem like-minded. I’ll keep paying attention, and comment when I relate. This will be fun. Thanks!

Your insights and awareness are your North Star. This parenting we are given. Never easy, because we are parenting ourselves alongside our children.
Understanding your mother now in ways you simply could not before.
Your son, his life, his choices. All of which he must feel. What becomes our practice is to not carry what is theirs. One moment and day at a time.
Love is your foundation. Those are his guardrails even when the train feels off track. It is a constant, trust.
Loving care. Xo💜🙌🏼
I always appreciate your comments, so wise and beautiful! And I’ll remember that he’s not me. He’s not on the same track. ;) Thanks, Joanie.
